The Model 8700 Evo 2 Dual Burn: is a drop-in replacement for 7in round (PAR56) headlights. They have a distinctive look that dramatically improves driver's visibility on a variety of vehicles--including trucks, motorcycles, classic cars and more.

The bright, white LED: light of J.W. Speaker headlights just got even brighter. Dual Burn 7in LED headlights keep the low beam optics on when drivers switch to high beam. Effective light output on the high beam increases about 10%, while the precise solid optics direct the light and maintain being street-legal.

The Model 8700 Evo 2 Dual Burn: features both high and low beam functions. The tough die-cast aluminum housing, hard-coated polycarbonate lens, solid state LEDs, and superior beam pattern make the Model 8700 Evo 2 Dual Burn perfect for use both on- and off-road.

Headlight

Like the light, wasn't plug and play like advertised for my motorcycle. Had to purchase an addition bracket, and the light seems to have a slight defect with the reflection, I noticed when aiming it. The shine is NOT uniform.

My new favorite light

1968 Land Rover, I replaced the first generation truck light with this one, what an amazing differance, the light pattern and the amount of light is so much better, and the heater, no more getting covered in snow.

1985 Toyota FJ60 Land Cruiser

These headlights are an excellent upgrade from the old school sealed beam halogen bulbs in my old Land Cruiser. With the addition of reverse polarity modules, also supplied by Headlight Revolution, they were completely plug and play in my old Toyota. The only down side is that the high beam indicator light no longer works on the dash. It's my understanding that this can be rectified by adding a resistor to the high beam circuit.

The headlights are very bright and make this car a pleasure to drive after dark. I haven't had it in snow since I installed them so I can't speak to the effectiveness of the heated lenses yet. As long as these bulbs give the extended service life that I expect from a company with the reputation of JW Speaker I'll be very satisfied with this purchase.

These lights are fantastic. I purchased 2 for my Peterbilt and couldn't be happier and the heated option is the only way to go!

Minor Problems

I usually regard JW Speaker as a quality supplier of LED products. I ordered the 8700 Evo2 dual burn, and two 6045 fog lights for my Harley. The 8700 worked as expected, plug and play. The 6045s took 5 weeks to ship to the distributor. Then When I did finally receive the fog lights, one had sealant covering parts of the lens. I am hoping my exchange comes back in good shape. Kind of disappointing coming from JW speaker, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that they tighten up their quality control.

Bright and nice beam shape

This light replaced a Sylvania ZXE bulb as my headlight for a 2016 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse. Some bucket mod was required for the light module to fit the housing in the back, but once done, the rest was plug and play.
