Selling product not instock

Had to wait 2 months for product. Once HR received from the manufacture they shipped sail mail. Ordered 11/14/18 Sent on 12/27/18, delivered 1/4/19. Received the wrong product. Had to wait longer and then send back the wrong product. Finally got what I ordered 1/11/19. I was Offered a "I'm sorry for the wait"! Never again!!
