2007 - 2017 JEEP JK REVERSE LIGHT LED UPGRADE KIT - 1000 LUMEN:
The Brightest LED Reverse Bulbs: for your JEEP JK These LED reverse light bulbs will fit other applications, but in order to get maximum brightness they are slightly overdriven. This means that if they are used constantly for longer periods of time they may burn out and fail prematurely. Please keep this in mind when deciding how to use them. A standard 55w halogen headlight produces as much as 1,200 Lumen of light, and these LED bulbs produce 1,000 Lumen of light per bulb! These are incredibly bright! These bulbs work in any CANBUS application where the reverse bulbs are monitored - you will not get a Bulb Out Warning, or flickering, when used in any reverse light application on any vehicle. Plug and play, convenient and easy install method.
How to install: Remove backup light bulb socket from tail light. Remove old incandescent light bulb. Plug in new High Output LED reverse light bulb wiring into old bulb socket. Gently insert green rubber grommet of new LED bulb into opening in tail light housing for reverse light. Push/twist new bulb gently until fully seated in tail light housing. Test function before re-assembly.

LED back up lights. After purchasing my daughter a jeep wrangler it came to my attention how substandard the lighting was on the jeep. Ãú2012 Wrangler two doorÃú. Went to headlight revolution And ordered up the thousand lumen reverse light upgrade. They arrived a few days later. My 20 year old daughter wanted them installed almost immediately. I was in meetings and on the phone and was unable to do so. She went online watch the video of how to install them went outside And installed them herself. She also installed the new LED domelight upgrades we also purchased from headlight revolution. Once it was dark we went out and tested them out. The reverse lights are almost blinding they are so bright, everything I was looking for and more. The LED dome lights were also a huge upgrade, you went from the dim factory bulbs that barely got any light in the cab to lighting up the entire inside of the jeep with the new bulbs. I highly recommend both upgrades.

I got these reverse lights for the ole Jeep JK and what a difference backing up. I can see 10X better than the junk stock ones. The light up my entire 10 foot trailer and beyond. I am still wondering how the "universal fit" will hold up though. Fits snug, but would like it a little better.
A good beam pattern

Much brighter than stock. Better beam pattern than auto parts store LEDs.
Fit in taillight housing was not as tight as needed, I added a bit of silicone to keep dust out.

Super easy install on 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Four screws and done. Took 10 minutes.
Blows the competition away

I installed a pair of these and was instantly pleased with the improvement over stock. About a month later I was seduced by the beauty of the new JW Speaker Taillight Assembly so purchased a set and installed them. What junk! Light output was horrible with a 15 foot wide dark band in the reverse light. Useless. I returned the JWS for a refund and reinstalled my stock taillight assembly with these great reverse bulbs installed. I won't be making any more changes and would recommend these highly to anyone. Simple install, just pull out the old bulb and put these in.
